“The Mart Center has a whole lot of services for us to tap into. Merchandise Mart Properties has an entire painting and cleaning staff. They have movers if you need something moved. You can call them and they show up on the day you need them with dollies. They try to accommodate you every which way they can. You just don't get that in other buildings. They're very innovative and really try to push the envelope and think out of the box. Merchandise Mart Properties has to be innovative because of the creative side of what they provide."
